Two working days (excluding weekends and bank holidays) are required to process your repeat prescription. Please do not order your repeat prescription too early as it will not be processed until it is due. If you need to order your medication early, for example if you are going on holiday, then please let us know and we will be happy to accommodate this.

Please use the attached tear-off slip on your current prescription at the time of collection for safety and security to order your next prescription.

The local chemists offer a collection and delivery service and they will be happy to provide details of this on request.

For your convenience, all prescriptions will be sent directly to your nominated chemist. Please let us know which chemist you would like to use.

You can Order your Repeat Medication on our dedicated telephone line.

01387 244623

The line is operational 24 hours, 7 days a week.

Please leave your Name, Date of Birth, daytime contact number, Prescriptions required and if you wish to collect your prescription from the Surgery or a nominated Chemist.
