General Practice Mental Health Workers

We are pleased to welcome two new General Practice Mental Health workers to Charlotte Medical Practice!  Mel Styles and Lynne Rhodie have started working in the practice as part of a new initiative.  As new people come to work in the practice, the reception staff may ask a little more about the issue you would like to see someone about.  This is to ensure that you are seen by the right person, in the right place, at the right time.  If you are looking to see someone about a mental health problem, it may be that you could see Lynne or Mel without having to see a GP first – please mention this to reception staff.  Please note, this is only for patients who are not already known to the mental health service.
